El sistema electrónico de calibración FLEXSORT permite realizar una selección óptima de frutas y hortalizas en función de variables como:

Su principal virtud es su robustez , fiabilidad y gran facilidad de uso , que permite un rápido y sencillo acceso a la información; sin olvidar aspectos clave como su modularidad y escalabilidad . Destacar la alta velocidad de proceso, alcanzando hasta 20 frutos / segundo / línea de calibración , dependiendo de las limitaciones mecánicas.

Es posible complementar el sistema con un módulo de calidad externa que se encarga de realizar la detección de productos defectuosos por deformaciones o manchas.

Shipment screen: Flexsort allows you to count and manage in an easy way your batchs or shipments. With an intuitive graphic information you can check the groups proportion (by pieces, weight, ...) or gauge's output, even auxiliar weighing. Performance and occupation calibration line information is displayed.

Shipment Report Screen: The results of calibration of each batch or shipment is visualized by reports that shows in a clear and graphical way all relevant calibration information.

Subtotals administration screen: Every batch or shipment is stored in a relational database that allows to query it in a easy and intuitive way. You can search data by date, date interval, varieties, producers, ...

Calibration software: Flexsort allows you to create calibration programs in a robust and easy way setting calibration parameters (weight, colour, diameter, ...). Calibration groups definition is very easy and you can review them graphically in the screen in order to avoid confusions.

Online view screen: Flexsort shows you in real time what is going through your gauge machine. You can view any line or all, and the parameters selected too (weight, colour, group, output ...)

Plant View Screen: In a calibration line it is very important to make a correct speed adjustment of each element with the clear objective to achieve the maximum percent of gauge filling and therefore maximum performance. Once we found an optimal combination for a type of product the configuration can be stored for future product changes.
